Rfq.maker.decline
JSON-RPC method rfq.maker.decline on the trading socket. A decline removes this maker alone from the request, which stays pending for every other quoter until a quote wins or the window closes. A decline is an answer sent to the trader; use it for a request you will not price, not as a connectivity check, and leave a request unanswered when you simply have no price.
