rfq_maker channel (pushes)
Delivered as subscription frames with params.channel rfq_maker on a socket that called rfq.maker.subscribe. open goes to every subscribed quoter; state goes to the maker whose quote it concerns (quoted, then accepted or lost, or expired); fill and finality go only to the maker whose quote was accepted. A maker never hears about another maker’s quote.
